Meet Heather

Hi, I’m Heather—a self-taught food stylist and creative at heart. Luxury Charcuterie began after months of being “the friend who always brings the board” to every gathering, lovingly crafting spreads that felt just as beautiful as the moments they were made for.

What I cherish most is the moment a client sees their board for the first time—that soft gasp of delight never gets old. Even more meaningful, though, is watching people slow down and truly connect over something thoughtfully and artfully prepared. For me, it’s about creating space for conversation, celebration, and community—one beautifully curated board at a time. When I’m not arranging prosciutto roses, you’ll find me exploring all that Austin has to offer, connecting with friends, traveling for inspiration, and dreaming up the next edible experience.
